Orders are dispatched once payment clears and the order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned. This includes lip products, false lashes, applicators and anything that touches skin. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including what you paid for shipping, and the return costs you nothing.
Return shipping
For a change of mind, return postage is paid by you. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and is checked, we refund to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly the money appears, which is usually a few business days after we process it.
