How do I use it?
Soak in a warm bath or shower for a few minutes so the skin softens. Wet the mitt, wring it out, step out of the water stream and rub in long, firm strokes, without soap on the mitt. Rinse your skin and moisturise afterwards.
How often?
Once a week is enough for most people. Stop if your skin feels sore.
Can I use it on my face?
No, it is made for the body. Do not use it on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin either.
How do I look after it?
Rinse it well after each use and hang it to dry. Replace it when the fabric starts to feel smooth.
